Our quality policy for our suppliers

• We encourage frank and open relationships with our suppliers in which they share our goals and actively participate in our success.

Supplier obligations

• At all times, the supplier must provide compliant products, regardless of the level of quality control contractually required by Dana TM4.

Supplier quality manual

• The Dana TM4 supplier quality manual contains quality requirements applicable to all our suppliers. Quality requirements specified in this document are based on ISO9001 and TS16949 standards and our customer requirements. This document is applicable at all times.
• In the case of pre-production and/or production, an acknowledgment will be required by us to confirm the commitment of the supplier to meet the requirements.

Why have Dana TM4 requirements changed so extensively?

In order to improve customer satisfaction, we have updated our quality system taking into account the requirements of the AIAG.
